'Tis early practice only makes the master

Clara's school had an open house afternoon this week, and they kindly asked me whether I could also be there to show off some stuff the children make at my craft club. We don't have that much yet, some friendship bracelets and some crochet thingies. For good measure, I threw in some books and balls of yarn on my exhibit table and it wasn't before long that some girls wanted to start stitching too. And especially one very young girl wouldn't want to give her crochet hook back.
