Hubby cooks vegan

For Hubby's next kitchen experiment I chose a recipe from Peace Food - chick pea curry. I love chickpeas. I think, I could eat chickpeas everyday. There is just something to them I really like, their taste, their texture or how they make me feel.

The recipe can be made with spinach or chard, we had spinach at hand and used this. It also has coconut milk and mango juice in it, along with some spices. The recipe calls for mustard seeds to be roasted in oil. Just be careful to stop roasting once the seeds start to pop - or your kitchen might be covered in a cloud of smog and the taste of the curry could turn from aromatic to burned.

Apart from that, thumbs up, Hubby! And next time with chard, please!
