In the Raw


May has seen me dabbling my culinary hands in the fresh waters of raw cuisine. So most of my creative energy went into learning the art of un-cooking - cutting and spiralizing vegetables, soaking nuts, blending smoothies and pestos. The results were diverse, from plain and filling to downright scrumptious (oh, the desserts!). But what I can say because I feel it: it gives you such a beautiful energy.
