I am quite sure that the fact that all the ongoing colds, flues and bugs only touch this household peripherally since the beginning of the year, is due to the constant input of these natural vitamin supplements.
Fruit: apples, bananas, kiwifruit, mango, lemon
Vegetables: potatoes, zucchini/courgettes, cucumber, carrots, mushrooms, oak leaf lettuce, kohlrabi, savoy cabbage, red bell peppers, watercress, broccoli, leak
Surprise: one bar white strawberry yoghurt chocolate!
