What's in the veggie box for us to enjoy?
fruit: pears, apples, oranges
veg: Hokkaido pumpkin, potatoes, celery root, carrots, red peppers, sauerkraut, corn salad, onions, kohlrabi, broccoli, flat mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, ginger
That is calling for a nice & warming pumpkin-potato-carrot-onion-ginger-soup! Natural instinct when it is rainy and really stormy outside.
